You book a specific artist. Our stylists are independent, so each one keeps her own schedule, her own specialties and her own pricing. Pick your artist above and reach her directly; any slot she's already booked simply won't be offered.
Start with a consultation. It's the fastest way to get matched with the right artist and the right service, especially for color correction, extensions or a big change.
Three things help your artist quote you accurately before you ever sit down: your hair history from the last two years (color, box dye, lightener, smoothing treatments, henna), a couple of photos of your hair today taken in natural lighting, and three inspiration photos of the look you're after.
We understand that emergencies and illnesses happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible.
Failure to give a 24-hour cancellation notice will result in paying 50% of the service scheduled. Any appointments that are a "no call, no show" will be responsible for paying 100% of the service scheduled. First-time clients who are a no call, no show will not be rescheduled.
We understand emergencies and illnesses occur. If that's the case, please call. You will not be charged for that kind of cancellation.
Children receiving a scheduled service are always welcome. To maintain a relaxing experience for all guests, we ask that children not accompany other appointments. If childcare falls through we'll happily reschedule you.

Because every artist here runs her own business, pricing varies by stylist and by the length, density and history of your hair. Message the artist you'd like to see and she'll quote you directly, and every quote is confirmed before we start.
A few current prices: Amika Pro Smooth from $150 · NanoGlow facial from $130 · full set of YY lashes from $90.
Roughly: root touch-ups every 4–6 weeks, dimensional blonding every 8–12 weeks, cuts every 6–8 weeks, lash fills every 2–3 weeks, extension move-ups every 6–8 weeks, and at least six weeks between lightening sessions during a correction.
